Facility Rental Request and Agreement

National Fitness offers various packages to build your Party or Banquet.

Party rentals are available on Saturdays and Sundays only.

Party Packages are 2 hours in length with the option to purchase additional time (if schedule permits).

Swim Parties include 15 kids and 1 lifeguard. If you anticipate more than 15 kids, a 2nd guard would be required for an additional fee.

Saturday rentals begin at 12:30pm with the last rental beginning at 5pm (additional time may NOT be added to a party beginning at 5pm due to club closure)

Sunday has a time slot available of 1pm-3pm only.

Parties are allowed entry 15 minutes prior to reservation time to set-up party room and must exit facility within 15 minutes of rental ending.

Please note, all facility rental date and time requests are subject to approval by the Special Events Coordinator/Club Teams.

All rental groups must abide by the following rules and regulations of National Fitness.

The adult responsible for the rental group must read the following rules and sign below:

- A release form is required for every minor at the party for them to attend.

- The rental group may arrive 15 minutes early for set up and must vacate the premises within 15 minutes after the end of the designated rental time.

- The pool will still be of use to memers during the party time; rental simply gives pool and party room access to party guests during the duration of the party. Also, pool time may not conflict with group excersice classes, swim lessons, or Swim Team.

- In the event of weather/lightening and the pool is closed, the group will be allowed to use another party area during the closure. There will NO REFUND IN THE EVENT OF POOL CLOSURE DUE TO WEATHER.

- There will be no alcohol, tobacco products, or illegal drugs in NFC facility. Any violation will result in the party being asked to leave and will forfeit the remainder of the party time and privilege to book parties in the future.

- The adult responsible (must be 21 or older) must always remain within the group. This includes trips to the locker rooms and restrooms. 

- The group will abide by the rules and instructors given by the National Fitness employee present.

- The group is responsible for leaving th facilities as they found them.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

All parties require a non-refundable 50% down payment to reserve the date/time. In the event of a cancellation, the down payment is non-refundable. Credit will be given towards Children's Programs (swim programs, parents' night out, camps, etc.) and must be redeemed within 90 days of the cancellation date.

I, the undersigned, as the representative of the renting group, have read the National Fitness Facility Rental Policy/Agreement, and my group agrees to abide by the above-stated rules. My signature, to follow, indicates that the National Fitness staff member has, to my satisfaction, reviewed the payment information and building use policy. I will assume full responsibility for enforcing the rules with my group. I understand and agree that my group's use of the premises is on the express condition that National Fitness is to be free from and identified harmless for all liability, loss, cost, or obligation on account of or arising out of any sustained injury to person or property from whatever cause, while in or on the National Fitness premises.
